Muscle Activation Techniques
Muscle Activation Techniques™ is proud to be a part of Pura Vida.
Muscle Activation Techniques™ (MAT) was developed by Greg Roskopf, MA. MAT is a unique approach to identifying and correcting muscular imbalances/weaknesses that lead to pain and injury. MAT works great as a prerequisite to exercise. It addresses weak links in the body, thereby allowing the body to function most efficiently while eliminating pain.Muscle Activation Techniques is offered through a fully staffed satellite office at Pura Vida on the lower level – accessible through the 1st floor entrance.
Bridging the Gap Between Fitness and Rehabilitation
MAT is a systematic approach which identifies and corrects muscular imbalances/weaknesses that lead to inefficient function, pain and injury. MAT is designed to correct body alignment in order to prepare the body for what you are asking it to do, no matter what the type of motion...golf, tennis, or just walking up stairs.
