Amanda serves her clients with a holistically focused approach to achieve a harmony of strength, flexibility, and postural improvements. Recognizing her desire to help others, she left the world of finance and management to become a fully certified Stott Pilates Instructor and Instructor Trainer. With a sensitivity to their varying needs, she creatively guides clients of all ages and fitness levels - from professional athletes to pre-and post-partum moms- through the progression of exercises in a way that allows them to understand and accomplish more than they thought possible.
